The hotel is conveniently located near Dow's Lake, making it a nice spot with a nearby bus station but a bit far from the main tourist attractions. The room amenities were great, but faced some inconvenience with a malfunctioning door lock, which was promptly resolved by the helpful staff. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with all necessary amenities present.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Ottawa Civic Hospital and Dow's Lake, making it great for work or leisure stays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a smart TV. The service offers convenient amenities like dry cleaning and grocery shopping. However, the lack of nearby convenience stores can be inconvenient in the developing neighborhood.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room had a smart TV, which was perfect for catching up on my favorite Netflix shows. The service was exceptional, especially the young lady who kindly changed our room. The location was ideal for exploring great restaurants and being close to Landsdown park. The dining was good, but more breakfast options would have been nice.
